- Coordinate staff recruitment and selection process to ensure a cost-saving, timely, organized, and comprehensive procedure for hiring staff.
- Prepare notices and advertisements for vacant staff positions.
- Schedule and organize interviews.
- Participate in applicant interviews.
- Conduct reference checks on possible candidates.
- Prepare, develop, and implement procedures and policies on staff recruitment.
- Supervise daily attendance.
- Investigate and inquire about fluctuations in staff attendance.
- Recommend solutions to resolve chronic attendance difficulties.
- Monitor the maintenance of the leave record.
- Provide basic counseling to staff who have performance-related obstacles.
- Provide advice and recommendations on disciplinary actions.
- Command and supervise the design and implementation of the Human Resources Manual, including personnel management policies and procedures.
- Promote a healthy work environment.
- Provide advice and assistance to staff and management on salary and benefits systems.
- Research and monitor human resource systems in other organizations within the community.
- Explain the provisions of the personnel policy.
- Identify training and development opportunities.
- Conduct training needs analysis.
- Plan and organize staff training sessions, workshops, and activities.
- Process employee requests for outside training while complying with policies and procedures.
- Formulate and design training and development plans.
- Liaise with relevant training houses and professionals.
- Coordinate with consultants.
Recruitment, Employee Relations, Pay administration, Compensation & Benefits, Concrete project management skills, consistently meet objectives, excellent telephone manner and high standard of communication skills, experience of working within a target-driven environment, time management, team player.
