Responsibilities

  • Assist in recruitment activities including job postings, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and maintaining applicant records
  • Support onboarding and orientation processes to ensure a smooth experience for new hires
  • Maintain accurate employee records and help implement HR policies and procedures
  • Coordinate employee engagement initiatives, events, and internal communications
  • Develop, design, and publish digital content (graphics, videos, posts) for internal use and social media platforms
  • Create employer branding materials and support digital hiring campaigns
  • Manage the company's online presence across platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook
  • Capture and cover internal events through photos and videos to promote workplace culture
  • Collaborate with departments to plan and execute communication strategies and multimedia projects
  • Monitor content performance, engagement, and insights to optimize reach and effectiveness

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Media Sciences, Communications, or a related field
  • 1–2 years of experience in a similar dual or related role (HR and/or Media)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic HR tools
  • Familiarity with design platforms such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Premiere Pro
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a keen eye for aesthetics
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
