Job Summary

Experience Designer

Transform digital journeys by crafting intuitive and user-centric experiences for data-intensive applications, e-commerce platforms, and marketplaces.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design information architecture for self-service applications and employee success tools.
  • Develop site maps, digital ecosystem mapping, user flows, wireframing, and prototyping.
  • Facilitate client workshops to drive informed decision-making.
  • Research target audiences' needs and create relevant artifacts like personas and journey maps.
  • Conduct usability testing, card sorting, surveys, heuristics evaluations, interviews, and contextual inquiries.
  • Communicate expected experiences through supporting documentation like user stories and requirements.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to understand clients' needs and outline visions.
  • Establish efficient and reusable UI design systems.
  • Identify and resolve performance and scalability issues.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in product design and engineering.
  • Proficiency in prototyping tools like Axure, Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma.
  • Experience with research and usability testing tools.
