This is a full-time position based at their plant located on Sheikhupura Road, Lahore, Punjab. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the company's talent acquisition process, ensuring the right candidates are hired to meet the company's needs.

Qualification and Experience
  • Education: MBA (HR), BBA (HR) or an equivalent degree in Human Resources.
  • Experience:
    • 2 to 4 years of relevant experience, especially in talent acquisition and recruitment.
  • Skills Required:
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in using computer applications, especially for recruitment purposes.
The Role of an HR Executive (Talent Acquisition)

As an HR Executive (Talent Acquisition), you will play a critical role in the hiring process, ensuring that the company attracts and hires the best talent to meet its operational needs.

You will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, from posting job advertisements to screening candidates and coordinating interviews. Your work ensures that the company is staffed with qualified, motivated employees who can contribute to the success of the business.
