HR Executive | Talent Acquisition | Project Management

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new leads through Upwork, LinkedIn, and other outbound channels
  • Engage with potential clients via messaging, email sequences, and calls
  • Schedule and attend virtual or in-person client meetings to understand their needs and pitch solutions
  • Create and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions
  • Manage and update lead data in CRM tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, and Apollo
  • Utilize tools like Skrapp, GrowMeOrganic, and other lead enrichment platforms for accurate data collection
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve outreach strategies
  • Track KPIs and report progress to sales leadership regularly

Requirements:

  • 2–3 years of experience in sales development, lead generation, or related roles
  • Hands-on experience with Upwork and LinkedIn lead generation techniques
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to conduct effective client meetings
  • Working knowledge of email marketing platforms and best practices
  • Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, Apollo, Skrapp, GrowMeOrganic, and HubSpot
  • Goal-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
