Job Title: Business Developer – Non-Technical Department

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, cultivating relationships, and increasing our market presence, while working closely with non-technical departments.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Identify and prospect new business opportunities through research, networking, and outbound efforts.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships. Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets in collaboration with the sales and marketing teams.
  • Market Analysis: Research market trends and competitor activities to provide insights that inform business decisions and identify new opportunities.
  • Proposal Development: Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals, presentations, and pitches to prospective clients.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, customer service, finance, and other non-technical departments to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
  • Contract Negotiation: Lead negotiations for new contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Monitor and report on business development activities and KPIs to management, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Networking: Attend industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to build a professional network and promote the company's brand.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or client management (2+ years preferred).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and foster relationships with clients and partners.
  • Solid understanding of market dynamics and competitive landscape.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Understanding of basic marketing and sales principles.
