Responsibilities:- Craft and submit compelling proposals on Upwork, tailored to meet the specific needs of potential clients, standing out from the competition.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by targeting projects and clients aligned with our services and capabilities.
- Initiate and maintain communication with potential clients, understand their requirements, and position our solutions effectively.
- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients, ensuring consistent lead generation and repeat business.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, client needs, and competitor activities on Upwork to inform your bidding strategy.
- Meet and exceed lead generation targets by consistently winning projects and driving business growth.
- Proven success as an Upwork Bidder, with a strong track record of winning projects and generating leads in the IT industry.
- Ability to analyze client needs, craft customized proposals, and strategically bid on projects aligned with our business goals.
- Excellent written communication skills to create persuasive proposals and engage effectively with clients.
- Strong understanding of IT solutions and services, allowing you to accurately present our offerings to potential clients.
- Results-focused approach with the determination to meet and exceed lead generation and project acquisition targets.
