IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL

Responsible for driving revenue and subscriber growth for PTCL's Voice product. The Senior Manager will lead strategic planning, investment identification, and monetization initiatives, collaborating with key stakeholders across Sales, Technology, Business Operations, and Commercial Planning. The role also focuses on enhancing customer experience and expanding the Voice portfolio through value-added services (VAS). Operating with minimal supervision, the position demands strong leadership and proactive decision-making to achieve business goals.

HOW CAN YOU EXPRESS YOUR TALENT

  • Develop and execute comprehensive product strategies based on market research and competitive analysis. Identify high-potential customer segments, define pricing strategies, and select optimal distribution and promotion channels aligned with revenue targets.
  • Create a channel-wise, region-wise, and product-specific revenue plan. Continuously monitor key performance indicators and adjust tactics to ensure delivery against financial targets.
  • Analyze product performance, identify opportunities for growth and innovation, and lead initiatives to enhance profitability and customer satisfaction. Drive product enhancements and develop promotional campaigns to maximize value.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, customer behavior, and competitive dynamics. Propose proactive strategies to maintain product relevance and growth. Monitor budgets and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives, mobilize internal teams, and ensure timely execution of product rollouts, demand generation campaigns, and brand visibility efforts to achieve monetization goals.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in related field

Competencies:

  • Management Experience in innovation/communication development projects
  • Strategic Agility and ability to influence and impact positively
  • Experience in handling complex projects with large scale & cross functional delivery
  • Should be familiar with segment level P&L concepts
  • Able to translate complex concepts into layman's terms and influence both peers and senior leadership
