Job Title: Senior Business Growth Manager

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Business Growth Manager to join our team.

Job Description

This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, who can establish rapport with potential clients, plan and oversee new marketing initiatives, research organizations and individuals to find new opportunities, increase the value of current customers while attracting new ones, and develop quotes and proposals for clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contacting potential clients to establish relationships and arrange meetings.
  • Developing and implementing new marketing strategies to promote Civil Works projects.
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through research and networking.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to increase their value and attract new ones.
  • Creating compelling quotes and proposals to win new business.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of business development principles and practices.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
