Middle-Senior Level Sales Engineer Position

This role is ideal for an experienced Sales Engineer looking for a challenging opportunity. You will be working closely with key stakeholders to drive sales growth and develop new business partnerships.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate annual, quarterly, and monthly sales plans to meet strategic and financial targets.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key channel partners.
  • Monitor and analyze sales, stock, and performance data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Implement commercial strategies to drive sales growth and increase revenue.
  • Manage sales channels to ensure effective product distribution.
  • Develop and deliver product training programs to partners and dealers.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to inform business decisions.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in channel sales, preferably in the fire industry.
  • Excellent business English skills, with ability to negotiate and communicate effectively.
  • Strong market development and sales skills, with ability to work independently.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills, with ability to provide excellent customer service.
  • Willingness to travel for business purposes.
