Sr HR Executive | Talent Acquisition, Process Improvement

· Develop and maintain custom applications using Apex programming language.

· Implement and configure Salesforce CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) to optimize sales processes. Experience with Zuora is advantageous but not mandatory. Knowledge of CPQ is necessary, particularly regarding quote creation from a product catalog and rules engine mechanics.

· Design and implement flows, triggers, and process automation to optimize business workflows.

· Run scheduled batch jobs and queueable jobs for data processing and ensure they function smoothly.

· Implement custom settings and metadata to enhance the flexibility and scalability of our Salesforce solutions.

· Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST APIs to ensure seamless data exchange.

· Write clean, hygienic code with high % coverage in test classes to ensure the reliability and maintainability of our applications.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and deliver solutions in a fast-paced environment.

· Knowledge of and ability to develop using Apex code.

· Experience with CPQ tools and processes (we use Zuoras CPQX).

· Ability to be agile and solution-focused with changes to requirements.

· Working knowledge of Zuora and CPQX.

· Salesforce Developer 2 certification.
