Key Responsibilities

The Territory Sales Officer is responsible for analyzing market trends, customer demographics, and competitor activities to prioritize sales efforts that maximize revenue and achieve targets.

  • Analyze sales data to identify growth opportunities and build long-term relationships with existing customers by fostering trust and understanding their needs.
  • Engage with potential customers to expand the customer base and address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Develop and execute sales plans tailored to the territory's specific needs, collaborating with the sales team and management for effective promotional activities that meet business objectives.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of sales initiatives and adjust strategies as needed, staying informed about company products, services, and industry trends through ongoing research and training.
  • Provide support and education to customers, maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
