About the Role
We're hiring a Spanish-speaking Outbound Account Executive to support our partnership with one of the most recognized brands in freight factoring and fleet finance across North America. This role is built for someone who understands the pain points of carriers and brokers—especially within Spanish-speaking communities—and can sell with empathy, clarity, and speed.
You'll own the full outbound motion, engaging with carriers, owner-operators, and small fleets—qualifying needs, positioning value, and closing deals. You'll be backed by a dedicated pod of SDRs, sales ops, and enablement specialists.
What You'll Do
● Own the full outbound sales cycle—from outreach to close
● Call and email Spanish-speaking carriers, owner-operators, and freight brokers across the U.S.
● Build trust quickly, navigating objections and surfacing operational or financial pain
● Pitch tailored solutions that resonate with how carriers actually run their businesses
● Identify decision-makers and move opportunities through the funnel
● Keep CRM records clean and report pipeline progress with clarity
● Partner with sales ops and GTM teams to shape messaging, improve lead quality, and optimize conversions
What We're Looking For
● 1–3 years of outbound sales experience in freight, fleet management, logistics tech, or factoring
● Native or fluent Spanish speaker, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both Spanish and English
● Comfortable speaking with drivers, dispatchers, and brokers—especially in fast-paced, transactional sales conversations
● Proven ability to hit or exceed monthly sales targets
● Familiarity with Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Salesloft, or similar tools
● Strong listening, objection handling, and closing skills
● Willing to work U.S. hours and thrive in a metric-driven, collaborative environment
