The Security Supervisor is responsible for overseeing security operations, managing security personnel, and ensuring a safe and secure environment for employees, visitors, and assets of the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Security Operations - Supervise daily security operations within assigned premises.
  • Team Supervision - Lead, train, and schedule security guards/officers; monitor attendance, discipline, and performance; conduct regular briefings and assign duties to security staff.
  • Safety & Compliance - Enforce company policies, safety rules, and security protocols; ensure compliance with local security laws and regulations; support fire safety drills and emergency evacuation procedures; record and investigate incidents, accidents, and security breaches; prepare incident reports and recommend preventive measures; liaise with law enforcement and emergency services when required.
  • Administration & Reporting - Maintain security logs, visitor records, and shift reports; provide daily/weekly updates to Security Manager/Administration; assist in preparing security plans for events, VIP visits, or high-risk activities.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Security training/certification will be an advantage.
  • 3–5 years of experience in security, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Background in law enforcement/armed forces will be a plus.
  • Reporting To: Security Manager / Head of Administration
