Fuel Station Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of the fuel station, including fuel dispensing, convenience store (if applicable), and car care services.
  • Supervise, train, and manage station staff (cashiers, pump attendants, helpers, guards).
  • Ensure accurate handling of cash, credit transactions, and daily sales reconciliation.
  • Monitor fuel stock levels, coordinate timely orders, and prevent shortages or overstocking.
  • Implement safety, security, and HSSE (Health, Safety, Security & Environment) standards.
  • Ensure compliance with company SOPs, operational checklists, and audit requirements.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints promptly to maintain high service standards.
  • Achieve assigned sales, operational, and customer satisfaction targets.
  • Conduct daily inspections of equipment, pumps, and storage tanks to ensure smooth functioning.
  • Submit regular reports to management regarding station performance, staff attendance, and sales data.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration / Commerce / Management (preferred).
  • 2–4 years of experience in retail operations, preferably in fuel stations, FMCG, or OMC sector.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Knowledge of fuel station operations, HSSE practices, and cash handling

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs90, Rs120,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Lahore: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
