Role & Responsibilities
  • Guide new clients through product onboarding and initial setup.
  • Respond to client queries via chat and email support channels.
  • Create and update onboarding documents and help center articles.
  • Monitor onboarding success metrics and identify drop-offs.
  • Flag common user issues for the product and support teams.
Working Hours

Monday to Friday

Selection Process

The selection process in Canada typically takes 7 days, involving:

  1. AIESEC Interview
  2. Technical Interview
  3. CV Screening
