Full Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Identify user and system requirements for new Odoo application modules.
  2. Prioritize software development projects, set timelines, and assign tasks to team members.
  3. Create wireframes to decide on layout.
  4. Write or review code for various applications.
  5. Run functionality testing and debug code.
  6. Liaise with designers to decide on UI/UX elements (like graphics and navigation buttons).
  7. Ensure our software documentation is up-to-date.
  8. Build mobile-responsive websites.
  9. Develop and improve apps.
  10. Analyze, diagnose, and resolve errors related to applications.
  11. Develop applications/features that users care about.
  12. Bring real value to the product.
  13. Must be experienced in JS frameworks of Odoo.
  14. Integrate with 3rd party tools and BI tools e.g., Power BI.
  15. Handle Odoo server-side troubleshooting and have Git version control knowledge.

MUST HAVE

  1. 3-4 years of experience as a Senior Odoo Developer.
  2. Good knowledge and expertise in PostgreSQL and MS SQL.
  3. Solid knowledge of HTML/CSS/JS.
  4. Experience with mockup and UI prototyping tools.
  5. Understanding of security practices.
  6. Familiarity with network & cloud diagnostics tools.
  7. BSc/MSc in Computer Science or a Bachelor Degree in IT.

NICE TO HAVE

  • Contribution to open source projects.
