Job Specification

:- Should love the idea of an Islamic Crowd-funding platform and have a strong belief in alleviating poverty and raising entrepreneurs with a 100% interest-free, transparent, and non-profit model.

:- Organizing fundraising visits.

:- Bringing in more donors for Seed Out.

:- Follow-ups on all existing corporate donors.

:- Updating website content daily.

:- Writing proposals to international NGOs for liaisons and donations.

:- Grant writing for international and local organizations to secure funds for poverty alleviation in Pakistan.

:- Should be comfortable working independently and going on the field.

:- Able to present Seed Out on various platforms for fundraising.

:- Ensuring 100% transparency in donations and their utilization.

:- Excellent communication and public speaking skills.

:- Writing contracts, proposals, and building the Seed Out portfolio.

:- Visionary personality with empathy towards the poor.

:- Core values: commitment, positivity, empathy.

:- Demonstrating and presenting products.

:- Establishing new businesses.

:- Maintaining accurate records.

:- Attending exhibitions, conferences, and meetings.

:- Reviewing sales performance.

:- Pleasant personality and quick learner.

:- Ability to handle resistive behavior.

:- Preparing sales forecasting reports.

:- Handling B2B clients.

:- Establishing business relations with NGOs, NPOs, IMFN, USAID, UNDP, and other organizations working to alleviate poverty.
