Principal Responsibilities:
- Work with Senior Consultants to manage program delivery proactively, balancing scope, schedule, interdependencies, budget, and risks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement HR initiatives and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports for tracking key metrics such as workforce trends, diversity, attrition, and talent development.
- Design and deliver HR MI reports and presentations for leadership and key stakeholders.
- Create progress reports, understand issues, dependencies, and risks.
- Assist in change management efforts related to HR programs and processes.
