Senior Manager Technical Sales (Chemical) - Raw Materials and Equipment

Lead sales efforts for chemical raw materials, serving industries such as Paints, Inks, Packaging, and Coating.

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead sales growth, build strong customer relationships, provide technical support, lead a team, and coordinate agency discussions with principals in the Karachi office.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business objectives.
  2. Build and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
  3. Provide technical guidance to customers on raw materials.
  4. Negotiate prices, delivery terms, and commercial aspects with customers and suppliers.
  5. Collaborate with logistics and operations teams for smooth product delivery.
  6. Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
Requirements:
  • Masters degree in Applied Chemistry or related field.
  • Proven experience in technical sales, preferably in the raw materials industry.
  • Strong technical knowledge of raw materials and their applications.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
