Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Sales Manager located in Karachi. The Technical Sales Manager will be responsible for promoting and selling NextGen Technologies' solutions, managing client accounts, providing technical support, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include meeting with clients, demonstrating product solutions, handling technical queries, managing sales processes, and supporting customer needs to ensure the best service.

Qualifications

  • Technical sales skills, especially in communication devices.
  • Account management experience and skills in managing client relationships.
  • Technical support skills to assist clients with technical queries.
  • Customer service skills with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience in the technology or related industry is a plus.
