We're Hiring: Business Development Executive Male / Female – Lube House
About UsLube House is an authorized distributor of Total Parco, specializing in industrial lubricants and greases. We cater to leading industries across Pakistan and are expanding our team to strengthen client relationships and business growth.
We are looking for a dynamic, confident, and professional Business Development Executive to join our Lahore office.
Responsibilities- Identify and engage potential clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking.
- Conduct regular client follow-ups to build and maintain strong business relationships.
- Assist the sales team in generating leads and scheduling meetings.
- Prepare and maintain client databases using MS Excel, CRM, and ERP systems.
- Support in preparing business proposals, presentations, and quotations.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.
- Contribute creative ideas for business growth and marketing initiatives.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Experience: 1–2 years in business development, sales support, or client relations. Fresh graduates with exceptional communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
- Location: Lahore-based.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Urdu.
- Strong interpersonal and client-handling skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), CRM, and ERP tools.
- Confident, proactive, and target-driven.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
