Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Lahore for an Upwork Bidder (Business Development Executive). The Upwork Bidder will be responsible for identifying and bidding on relevant projects on Upwork, preparing and submitting proposals, negotiating with clients, and maintaining long-term client relationships. They will collaborate with the technical team to understand project requirements and effectively communicate with potential clients. Additionally, they will manage project acquisition activities and ensure the completion of client projects.

Qualifications
  • Experience in identifying and bidding on projects on Upwork or similar platforms
  • Skills in preparing and submitting proposals, and negotiating with clients
  • Ability to develop and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Project management and communication with technical teams
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Previous experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
