CodeSuite is looking for a high-performing, result-driven Senior Upwork Bidder / BDE to lead our business acquisition efforts on Upwork and other freelance platforms.

This is not an entry-level role — we're seeking someone who understands the game, knows how to hunt high-ticket clients, and can confidently pitch custom software solutions in a competitive market.

You'll work closely with our leadership and tech teams to identify opportunities, craft compelling proposals, and close deals that align with our delivery capabilities and growth strategy.

• Lead bidding strategy and execution across Upwork (and optionally LinkedIn, Fiverr, Guru, etc.)


• Write high-converting custom proposals with a focus on value, clarity, and relevance


• Understand client needs and collaborate with internal teams to design accurate scopes & budgets


• Maintain a robust CRM/log of prospects, proposals, wins/losses, and client communications


• Conduct initial discovery calls when needed, confidently handling pre-sales conversations


• Achieve monthly targets for quality leads, qualified opportunities, and closed deals


• Monitor market trends and competitor tactics to continuously improve strategy


• Mentor junior BDEs or bidding assistants (if applicable)

• 2+ years of Upwork bidding experience with proven results (portfolio or job history required).


• Exceptional written English & persuasive communication skills


• Solid understanding of custom software services: web, mobile, SaaS, MVPs, etc.


• Ability to understand client pain points and offer tailored, value-driven solutions


• Familiarity with estimation, timelines, and collaboration with tech teams


• Self-starter mindset — proactive, accountable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment


• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (preferred)
