As a Sales Copywriter, your main responsibility will be to develop persuasive written content for proposals, RFP responses, sales decks, and capability statements. You will work closely with business development, project managers, and technical leads to translate complex technical offerings into compelling sales language that resonates with global clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Write, edit, and structure sales proposals and RFP responses tailored to individual client needs.
  2. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather relevant information and shape a clear, benefits-driven message.
  3. Translate technical and functional details of web development and design services into client-friendly content.
  4. Develop and maintain a reusable library of proposal content, case study snippets, company overviews, and service descriptions.
  5. Align proposal language with the company's brand voice, tone, and value proposition.
  6. Ensure clarity, coherence, and consistency across all proposal-related documents.
  7. Support the creation of other sales collateral such as introductory emails, LOIs, and project briefs when needed.

Requirements:

  1. 2–4 years of experience as a sales or proposal copywriter, preferably in the IT, SaaS, or software services sector.
  2. Exceptional writing and editing skills, with an ability to craft persuasive, professional business content.
  3. Strong understanding of B2B sales communication and client engagement.
  4. Ability to understand and reframe technical offerings into clear business benefits.
  5. Experience working with international clients or writing for diverse business audiences.
  6. Excellent collaboration skills and attention to detail.
  7. Familiarity with tools like MS Word, PowerPoint, Google Docs, or proposal management platforms.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in English, Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  2. Understanding of software development concepts, design principles, and digital service models is a plus.
  3. Previous experience working in or writing for a tech/IT services company is strongly preferred.
