Role Description
This is a full-time role as Business Development Expert located in Lahore District. We are seeking a results-driven motivated and skilled Telesales Business Development Expert with proven expertise in email marketing, cold calling, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to drive lead generation, prospect engagement, and client acquisition. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who excels at identifying new business opportunities, building relationships, and converting leads into loyal clients. Below more berief description of Job;
ØDevelop and execute targeted cold email campaigns to generate new business opportunities.
ØConduct cold calls to potential clients to qualify leads and set appointments.
ØUtilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify, connect with, and nurture key decision-makers.
ØResearch and segment potential leads by industry, company size, and decision-maker roles.
ØMaintain a robust sales pipeline and track all outreach activities in CRM systems.
ØCollaborate with internal teams to tailor outreach strategies to match service offerings.
ØProvide regular reporting on outreach efforts, conversion rates, and lead progress.
ØContinuously optimize messaging strategies based on performance data and feedback.
Qualifications
ØProven track record in business development, sales, or lead generation (minimum 1-2 years).
ØPrefer will be given to Experience working in Construction Services, etc.
ØExpertise in crafting and executing email marketing campaigns.
ØStrong cold calling skills with excellent verbal communication.
ØProficient in using LinkedIn Sales Navigator to generate and qualify leads.
ØFamiliarity with CRM tools like HubSpot, Apollo, Zoho, or Salesforce.
ØExcellent written and verbal communication skills.
ØSelf-motivated, goal-oriented, and persistent in follow-ups.
ØAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, remote team environment.
ØBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
ØBackground in copywriting or digital marketing is a plus.
