
Office Support staff

Key Responsibilities:
1. Office Maintenance: Ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of the office, including restrooms, kitchen, and common areas. Manage waste disposal and ensure the office environment is hygienic. Perform basic maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, replenishing office supplies, and reporting maintenance issues.
2. Administrative Support:
Deliver documents, parcels, and messages within and outside the office. Assist with photocopying, scanning, and printing documents as required. Help in setting up meeting rooms, including arranging furniture and ensuring equipment is ready for use.
3. Office Supplies Management:
Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory. Replenish office supplies and ensure stationery and pantry items are adequately stocked. Coordinate with suppliers for ordering and purchasing supplies.
4. Assistance to Staff:
Provide assistance to office staff and visitors as needed. Serve beverages and refreshments to employees and guests. Run errands such as banking, purchasing office needs, and other tasks as assigned by the management
Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and deliveries. Prepare outgoing mail for dispatch.
