Admin Staff – Karachi Outlet
Location: Karachi, Pakistan
Full-Time
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day administrative operations of the outlet
- Maintain accurate records, documentation, and filing systems
- Coordinate with sales, technical, and logistics departments for smooth workflow
- Manage inventory tracking and ensure proper product display in the showroom
- Handle office supplies and maintenance of administrative tools
- Provide front-desk support and professionally engage with walk-in customers
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures and assist in improving operational efficiency
Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Experience: 3–5 years of experience in administrative or office management roles
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and solve problems efficiently
