Role Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager of Budgeting & Reporting to lead our financial budgeting, reporting, and analysis functions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in financial reporting, budgeting techniques, and operational knowledge of SAP, particularly the FI module. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in variance analysis and the ability to manage complex financial plans including cash flow budgets. Exposure to mall-related financial reporting and proficiency in Power BI and financial modeling are essential.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the preparation and analysis of financial reports using SAP, with a focus on the FI module.
  • Develop, monitor, and manage budgeting processes, including different budgeting types and cash/financial plans.
  • Oversee monthly and quarterly mall reporting and ensure accurate financial data consolidation.
  • Conduct hands-on variance analysis to identify deviations, analyze causes, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Drive improvements in budgeting and reporting processes to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial planning and strategic decision-making.
  • Utilize Power BI to create dashboards and visualizations for enhanced reporting insights.
  • Develop and maintain financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and planning purposes.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, reporting standards, and IFRS.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members to enhance their budgeting and reporting skills.

Qualifications:

  • CA (Chartered Accountant) Qualified or Finalist, ACMA (Associate Cost and Management Accountant), or CMA (Certified Management Accountant).
  • 5 to 6 years of relevant experience in financial reporting or accounting roles.
