Job Summary

This role oversees the process knowledge of assigned products throughout their commercial lifecycle, ensuring they remain robust and validated.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining current product knowledge, sharing it with relevant teams, and proactively identifying areas for improvement.
  • They will participate in product committees to prioritize and monitor product enhancements, implement continued process verification, and maintain product control strategies.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Owns and maintains process knowledge of assigned products, including critical quality attributes and parameters.
  2. Liaises with cross-functional teams to establish and maintain proper controls for products manufactured in a validated state.
  3. Participates in product technical review teams, where improvements on weak points are planned and prioritized.
  4. Maintains and reviews product control strategies and technical risk assessments as required.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Engineering, Pharmaceutical Technology, Chemistry, or equivalent scientific field.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a Technical role, with strong experience in TRA, process and cleaning validation, and statistical analysis of data.
