Job Overview:

As a Paid Ads Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and executing paid advertising campaigns for our clients across various digital platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads. You will play a crucial role in driving the success of our clients' online marketing efforts by strategically planning, creating, and optimizing paid media campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement paid media strategies that align with clients' business goals and target audience.

- Manage and monitor day-to-day campaign performance, budget, and KPIs to ensure maximum ROI.

- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and ad copywriting to craft effective and high-performing campaigns.

- Regularly analyze campaign data and make data-driven decisions to continually optimize and improve campaign performance.

- Work closely with the creative and content team to create engaging and visually appealing ad creatives.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest paid advertising trends, tools, and best practices to enhance overall campaign effectiveness.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.

- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in managing paid media campaigns, preferably in an agency setting.

- Proven track record of driving successful campaigns with a strong understanding of various paid advertising platforms.

- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret and make decisions based on data.

- Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.

- In-depth knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other advertising platforms.

- A creative mindset and a keen eye for detail.
