Regional Representative - Agent Recruitment

We are a growing organization in the Study in Asia and EdTech sectors, connecting students with top-tier educational opportunities across Asia through a network of recruitment agents. We also provide digital tools and platforms that support agent-led and student-driven application processes.

Job Summary:

We are looking for proactive, self-motivated individuals to serve as Regional Representatives responsible for recruiting education agents, conducting field visits, and driving student applications and sales through agent partnerships. This is a commission-only role, perfect for individuals confident in delivering results and motivated by performance-based earnings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit and onboard education agents to promote Study in Asia programs.
  • Conduct field visits and outreach to identify new agent partners and maintain strong relationships with existing ones.
  • Train and support agents to effectively market programs and use our digital platforms.
  • Monitor agent performance and assist them in reaching student application targets.
  • Generate direct applications/sales where appropriate and support regional student acquisition efforts.
  • Report regularly on regional activity, challenges, and opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of experience in agent recruitment, student recruitment, sales, or business development, preferably in education or EdTech sectors.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-driven with the ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within your region.
  • Familiarity with the education sector and local market dynamics.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM tools, digital communication platforms, and online application systems.

Compensation:

This is a part-time/consultant position. Compensation is performance-based, with attractive bonuses for each successfully onboarded and active agent. Additional incentives may be offered for high-performing representatives.
