Hayat Kimya Pakistan Private Limited is a Turkey based Organization having its renowned brand Molfix, Bebem, Good Care Natural, Good Care Regular, Molped, Papia, Familia & Evony Masks.

Currently, we are seeking a passionate and performance-driven professional to join our Sales team and take charge of our Regional Sales Manager position in the North region.

Role Summary:

As the Regional Sales Manager – North, you will be responsible for leading distributor operations, developing go-to-market strategies, and delivering on volume, distribution, and execution targets. You will be the key enabler of in-market excellence, ensuring the alignment of field teams with business objectives and building strong partnerships across the retail and wholesale network.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute regional coverage plans in alignment with distribution strategy.
  • Ensure distributor compliance with defined territory boundaries and company pricing guidelines.
  • Lead efficient route planning for both distributor sales teams and internal field force to maximize in-store execution.
  • Monitor strict adherence to route plans and call frequency targets to ensure market coverage.
  • Ensure timely updates and maintenance of outlet universe through distributor sales teams.
  • Provide accurate and timely sales reports and market insights to the Operations Sales Manager on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
  • Define and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets in collaboration with distributor and internal teams.
  • Effectively cascade cycle objectives, promotional plans, and merchandising priorities across the regional sales team.
  • Foster strong and collaborative relationships with key retailers, wholesalers, and distribution partners.
  • Oversee the recruitment and onboarding of distributor sales representatives.
  • Leverage merchandising tools and strategies to enhance in-store visibility and drive offtake.
  • Ensure effective deployment and utilization of Point-of-Sale (POS) materials across retail channels.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 6–8 years of relevant sales and distribution experience in the FMCG industry, preferably with a leading multinational.
  • Proven leadership skills with a strong track record of delivering results through distributor-led models.
  • Excellent understanding of market dynamics in the North region.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and field sales technology platforms.
