Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Digital Marketing Manager, located in Lahore. This role will include developing and implementing marketing strategies, coordinating with other departments to align marketing efforts, and driving business growth through effective marketing campaigns. You will own the content strategy and production efforts that increase visibility, engage the right audiences, and support our GTM and business development initiatives. This role is about content that performs — not content for content's sake.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and execute content strategy across LinkedIn, social media, blogs, case studies, landing pages, and short-form videos
  • Collaborate with our designer to develop engaging infographics, carousels, and motion-based assets using Canva or similar tools
  • Write sharp, compelling copy that drives conversions
  • Track and optimize content performance (CTR, views, conversions)
  • Develop marketing assets such as presentations, case studies, and collateral

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • 4+ years of experience in B2B content strategy or content marketing (agency or tech background required)
  • Proven success driving visibility, engagement, and lead generation through content
  • Experience creating content that delivers measurable business results
  • Proficiency with tools such as Canva, ChatGPT, social media analytics, and basic visual editing platforms
  • Portfolio that includes social media posts, carousels, and blog content
  • Confident, proactive, and effective in a performance-driven environment
  • Strong understanding of how to craft clear, consistent brand messaging across channels
  • Experience driving increases in engagement, CTR, and traffic from content
  • Positive feedback from sales teams on the utility of content for outreach and conversions
