For which we need a Business Development Executive.

Roles & Responsibilities:
  1. Handle customer queries with reference to their different requirements.
  2. Plan and make strategies to introduce the company globally.
  3. Send proposals, provide quotes, and find ways to enhance the business.
  4. Bid for projects through websites like Elance, Freelancer, Rent a Coder, and oDesk.
  5. Work as a Project Manager to ensure all projects are on track according to set milestones and deadlines.
  6. Collaborate with the overall team to ensure everything is on track.

Job Location: This job is based in Karachi, Pakistan.

Hiring Process:
  1. Receiving resumes
  2. Shortlisting candidates
  3. A confirmation call or email sent by our company representative
  4. Interview appointment for shortlisted candidates on the specified date/time via email or call
  5. Practical test of at least 2 hours.
Job Specification:
  • Must have BS (CS/IT/SE) or MBA/MS in Marketing/Project Management.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Ability to write proposals with some assistance from seniors.
  • Knowledge of email marketing techniques.
  • Ability to achieve set goals.
  • Good experience using the Internet.
  • Sound computer background.
  • Knowledge of e-marketing and social networking.
