The ideal candidate should:

  1. Supervise workers for order fulfillment
  2. Recruitment and induction of workers
  3. Inform the management about customer queries and market insights
  4. Analyze trends and seasonal usage of the services
  5. Handle customer issues and queries on the field
  6. Coordinate with the workers and delegate jobs on a daily basis
  7. Supervise the team of workers and handle their queries
  8. Visit the field when required
  9. On-site customer dealing
  10. Prepare estimates for orders received
  11. Provide management with any insight or observation about customers or any serious concerns
  12. Other operational work as per need
Job Specification

This is a full-time position with the following pre-requisites:

  1. Strong hands-on Microsoft Office, mainly Microsoft Excel
  2. Sound technical skills
  3. Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Urdu
  4. Tough negotiator
  5. Stress tolerance, problem analyzing, and strong listening skills
  6. Strong customer management skills
