About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Assistant
to support our daily business operations. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth workflows, handle administrative tasks, and assist in coordinating across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in day-to-day operational activities and ensure timely task completion.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to maintain smooth processes.
  • Prepare reports, maintain records, and update operational documentation.
  • Handle basic procurement and vendor coordination when required.
  • Monitor and track operational KPIs.

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of experience in operations or administrative roles (fresh graduates with strong skills may apply).
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision.
  • Professional appearance and formal attire for client interactions.
