  • Operations Support for ITSM domain with administration of CA NetOps and Service Management Solutions
  • Health check monitoring for ITNOC solutions ensuring maximum availability
  • Ensuring compliance to QMS requirements for platform & Infrastructure Services.
  • Planning and roll out for Business Continuity/ DR drills for Platform & Infrastructure services
  • Arranging for formal process design covering all the operations of Platform & Infrastructure Services
  • Ensuring smooth execution of all the internal and external audits for Platform & Infrastructure services.
  • Documentation, follow-ups, coordination and timely addressal of audit observations pertaining to all the domains of Platform & Infrastructure Services
  • Improving the efficiency and effectiveness of ITSM domain through coordination with internal and external stakeholders
  • KPIs and performance monitoring with monthly dashboards for all the Platform & Infrastructure Services domains

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering
  • Experience and understanding of IT Service Management.

Competencies:

  • IT Service Management
  • Familiarity with IT Infrastructure & Platforms
  • Familiarity / Hands on Experience on monitoring and netOps tools and solutions
  • Good understanding of QMS standards, Audits and security requirements
