Qualifications and Experience

  • Intermediate | O-Levels | Fresh Graduate
  • IT / Computer Science / SE Graduates will be highly preferred
  • At least 5 years of experience in bidding on freelancing platforms (Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, etc.)
  • Digital Marketing experience will be a plus

Job Description:

  • Bidding and generating leads on international job portals and social media platforms (Upwork, Freelancer.com, Fiverr, and Facebook)
  • Writing and sending proposals
  • Responding to clients' queries
  • Finalizing leads and completing monthly targets efficiently.

Required: Experience/knowledge of bidding or technical skills and obtaining international projects under the company's services domain (Graphics Design, WordPress Development, and Amazon book services) from online platforms:

  • Upwork
  • Freelancer.com
  • Facebook

Skills Required:

  • Knowledge of graphics and web design
  • Significant bidding experience on freelancing platforms
  • Must be an excellent proposal writer.
  • Must know how to retain clients and develop and maintain long-term relationships with them.
  • Must have good English reading and writing skills
  • Must be hardworking, punctual, and have a proactive approach towards work ethics.
  • Must be able to handle pressure and work odd hours as needed to fulfill client requirements.
  • Constant target achiever, must know how to find ways to get more clients from within the platform.
  • Provide growth recommendations and must be able to implement new techniques to grow profile and increase project flows.

Package:

  • Fixed salary depends on past bidding experience and target achievements.
  • Performance bonus on target achievement
  • High commission on top of the basic salary after a designated threshold.
