We are looking for a resultsdriven Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, fostering strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
About the Role:
Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities, industry trends, and competitive insights. Generate leads and actively pursue new clients through networking, cold calling, and prospecting. Develop and maintain longterm relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders. Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and pitches tailored to client needs. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction. Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and refine business strategies to optimize results. Meet and exceed sales targets by implementing effective sales techniques and closing deals.
Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, preferably in IT, SaaS, or Software Development services. Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Understanding of software development, IT services, and digital transformation trends. Ability to build and nurture long-term client relationships.
Required Skills:
- CRM: HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive
- Proposal & Documentation: PandaDoc, DocuSign, Google Suite, MS Office
- Email & Outreach Automation: Lemlist, Reply.io, Mailchimp
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Experience in US, European, or Middle Eastern markets is a plus.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to support decision-making.
