Senior Network Engineer

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Network Engineer to oversee and manage the configuration, administration, and troubleshooting of network and system components.

The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of Cisco and Huawei technologies, as well as experience supporting a wide range of IT infrastructure, including networking devices, servers, end-user systems, and telecommunication hardware.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and manage Cisco and Huawei network equipment with expert proficiency.
  • Administer and support network devices, ensuring high performance and reliability.
  • Troubleshoot advanced network issues and components at a professional level.
  • Install, troubleshoot, and maintain passive network cabling infrastructure.
  • Perform rectification and maintenance of hardware including servers, network devices, CCTV, biometrics, access control, and PABX systems.
  • Support end-user systems such as desktops, laptops, and VDIs.
  • Install and troubleshoot printers and provide related technical support.
  • Install and resolve issues related to IP and analog phones as well as NTC/PTCL connectivity.
  • Fulfill any additional tasks assigned by the client or reporting manager.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree (4 years) in IT, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
  • HCIP (Huawei Certified ICT Professional) or higher certification is mandatory.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Cisco/Huawei network devices and passive infrastructure.
  • Proficient in troubleshooting a wide range of hardware and IT equipment.
  • Familiarity with IP/analog phone systems and telecom network support.
  • Ability to work independently and handle tasks assigned by both clients and internal leadership.
