About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to lead our Human Resources function. The HR Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and processes that support business goals and foster a positive work culture. The ideal candidate will be a people-focused leader who can balance strategic initiatives with day-to-day HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic HR Management

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's overall business objectives.

Act as a trusted advisor to senior management on people-related matters.

Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

  • Oversee recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes to attract top talent.
  • Build employer branding strategies to position the company as an employer of choice.

Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Foster a positive workplace culture by implementing engagement initiatives.
  • Resolve employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary issues in a fair and consistent manner.

Performance Management & Development

  • Manage performance appraisal systems and provide guidance to managers.
  • Design training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Administer payroll, benefits, and compensation structures to ensure internal equity and market competitiveness.
  • Review and update HR policies in compliance with labor laws and company standards.

Compliance & HR Operations

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, health and safety standards, and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate HR records, reports, and documentation.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • Proven 2+ years of HR management experience (or progressive HR roles).
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
  • Proficiency in HR software/HRIS systems.
