Lead sourcing event drafts and contracting needs for category groups at the regional level, aligned with procurement strategies determined by corporate. Support and develop country resource capabilities on source-to-pay tools. Leverage supply forecasts, market analysis, and category reporting to support negotiations and supplier selection. Execute sourcing events within the provided spend limits as determined at the corporate category group level.

Main Responsibilities
  • Align with internal and external key stakeholders (including CEPG - Cross Enterprise Procurement Group) to drive and ensure the implementation of strategies for managed commodities.
  • Run tenders for managed categories to negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions to achieve the pipeline of value targets identified annually.
  • Understand full business requirements and influence internal stakeholders to drive short-term and long-term productivity improvements and reduce TCO.
  • Ensure approvals and contracts for all high-risk/high-spend negotiations are completed at the country or group level within the managed portfolio.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant business policies and SOPs.
  • Create preferred supplier lists for all managed categories, considering spend, relation tenure, and pricing trends.
  • Utilize reporting and analytics to inform key strategies and decisions for the category group.
  • Monitor industry trends and evolving technology to proactively identify supply base issues, minimize risks, protect supply continuity, and exploit emerging opportunities.
  • Follow market trends for raw materials of procured items to recommend pre-buying or hedging options.
  • Identify and develop alternative suppliers in line with group procurement strategy, create contingency plans, and work with business units post-approval to ensure smooth induction.
  • Ensure suppliers align with Coca-Cola / CCI sustainability targets and are SGP approved where applicable.
Candidate Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree

Experience: Minimum 5 years in relevant field
