Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with business units to gather and analyze requirements for reports and dashboards
  • Translate business needs into technical documentation and actionable solutions
  • Design and maintain interactive reports and dashboards using Power BI
  • Perform deep data analysis to deliver business insights and recommendations
  • Build and manage datasets using Power BI Desktop, Power Query, and DAX
  • Integrate multiple data sources including SQL, Excel, and cloud platforms
  • Ensure data accuracy, report performance, and timely troubleshooting
  • Continuously optimize reporting processes with stakeholder feedback
  • Monitor and evaluate solutions to ensure alignment with business goals
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
  • Strong hands-on experience with Power BI, data modeling, and analysis
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
  • Attention to detail and commitment to data integrity
