What we're looking for:

To support our mission of delivering high-quality AI services to revolutionize the way American transportation authorities manage and maintain US road infrastructure, we're seeking an outstanding Service Delivery Lead with a strong background in managing large and diverse teams for our product and service line, "Transconomy". As the Service Delivery Lead, you will manage, mentor, and drive our service delivery team, comprising young and enthusiastic data analysts and technicians, while collaborating with internal stakeholders.

What you'll be doing:
  • Interact with stakeholders to understand project requirements and develop project plans and schedules.
  • Manage service delivery pipeline, including project initiation, documentation, quality control, and delivery.
  • Lead service delivery activities to ensure all client requirements are met, including resource management, scheduling, and quality assurance.
  • Develop detailed documents such as pipeline specifications, quality control guidelines, and project reports. Assist in developing proposals, business plans, requirement specifications, etc.
  • Liaise with the technology team to provide insights into resource availability and technology needs.
  • Implement structured project management approaches to meet quality, budget, and schedule parameters.
  • Provide stakeholders with visibility on project status, roadblocks, and other relevant information.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO standards and CMMI process guidelines.
What you'll bring along:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science; Master's preferred.
  • 6+ years of experience in service delivery, especially with AI-based technology solutions.
  • Structured approach to service management through project coordination, planning, and delivery.
  • Attention to detail and passion for high-quality services.
  • Proficiency in project management tools like Monday.com, Jira, or Asana.
  • Effective communication skills, both oral and written.
