Job Description:
- Responsible for growing the company's revenue by building long-term relationships with existing and new clients while identifying new business opportunities.
- Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs, which includes requirement gathering activities such as identifying project requirements while collaborating with the client and the project manager.
- Collaborate with clients for setting and managing their expectations early, being aware of potential issues that require proactive communication to ensure that the correct products and services are delivered in a timely manner.
- Act as a bridge between the client and the project manager to ensure timely communication and coordination.
- Perform UAT for assigned projects and provide walkthroughs of the latest mobile app builds, features, and functionalities to assigned clients.
- By providing more timely and personalized support, this new hire will help strengthen client relationships and build trust in our services.
- This enhanced client experience will improve retention and create opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, ultimately driving increased revenue.
- This role will play a key part in fostering a client-centric approach while contributing to long-term business growth and scalability.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a zest for building relationships with professionals at all organizational levels.
- Excellent people management skills.
- Understanding of the complete SDLC preferred.
- BSc in computer science, sales, or a relevant field preferred.
Shift Timings: 8:30 pm to 5:30 am & 12 pm - 9 pm
