Responsibilities:

  • Sales & MarketExpansion:Identify and establish new business opportunitiesinchemical and agrochemical sectors across the Middle East.
  • Client RelationshipManagement:Build and sustain strong partnerships withcustomers,distributors, and industry stakeholders.
  • Technical Support &Product Training:Provideexpert guidancetocustomers and sales teams on surfactant chemistry and agrochemicalapplications.
  • Competitive Analysis& Business Strategy:Conductmarket research,analyze competition, and develop effective sales strategies.
  • Collaborative GrowthInitiatives:Work withR&D, marketing, and operationstoposition Surfactant Chemicals for sustainable business growth.
  • Sales Planning &Performance Metrics:Developsales forecasts, KPIs, andrevenue growth strategiesaligned with company objectives.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experienceinagrochemicalsales, technical support, or surfactant chemistry.
  • Degree in Chemicals,Agriculture, or related field(Sales & Marketing experiencepreferred).
  • Proven track recordinmarketexpansion, business leadership, and strategic planning.
  • Strong technicalknowledgeof agrochemical formulations and application science.
  • Exceptionalcommunication, negotiation, and presentation skillsfor businessengagement.
