Agrochemical Expansion Specialist

The Agrochemical Expansion Specialist is responsible for driving sales and market expansion in the Middle Eastern agrochemical sector.

This role requires technical expertise in agrochemicals, commercial acumen, and strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will be able to develop business opportunities, execute sales strategies, and provide expert guidance to customers and sales teams on surfactant chemistry and agrochemical applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Market Expansion: Identify new business opportunities in chemical and agrochemical sectors across the Middle East and establish strong partnerships with customers and distributors.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and sustain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeding expectations.
  • Technical Support & Product Training: Provide expert training and guidance to sales teams on surfactant chemistry and agrochemical applications, enhancing their product knowledge and skills.
  • Competitive Analysis & Business Strategy: Conduct thorough market research, analyze competition, and develop effective sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Collaborative Growth Initiatives: Work closely with R&D, marketing, and operations teams to drive sustainable business growth and expand market share.
  • Sales Planning & Performance Metrics: Develop sales forecasts, KPIs, and revenue growth strategies that align with company objectives and drive business results.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience: In agrochemical sales, technical support, or surfactant chemistry, preferably with a proven track record of market expansion and business leadership.
  • Degree: In Chemicals, Agriculture, or related field, with Sales & Marketing experience preferred.
  • Strong Technical Knowledge: Of agrochemical formulations and application science, as well as excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
