Category Marketing Manager - Truth Men's Care

We are seeking a Category Marketing Manager – Men's Skin & Haircare to lead the growth, innovation, and regionalization of our skincare portfolio across Pakistan. This high-impact role will execute the brand strategy, own 360 marketing plans, retail and D2C launches, content collaborations, and performance optimization across our hero product lines.

You'll work cross-functionally with product, creative, R&D, retail, and digital teams across Seoul and Dubai—and lead with creativity, insight, and accountability.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead the end-to-end brand strategy for the Men's grooming category, including innovation planning, communications, and campaign development.
  2. Develop and execute 360° marketing plans across paid, owned, and earned channels.
  3. Drive product launches and lifecycle management in D2C, eCommerce, and retail channels.
  4. Analyse market trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities.
  5. Collaborate with dermatologists, influencers, and content creators to build credibility and advocacy.
  6. Monitor brand KPIs and optimize performance across awareness, consideration, and conversion funnels.
  7. Localize global brand assets and storytelling for the GCC.
  8. Partner with internal teams on campaign content, in-store experiences, and community activations.

Minimum Qualifications

  1. 6–8 years of experience in brand or product marketing in hair, skincare, or consumer health.
  2. Proven track record of managing a premium beauty brand with a strong D2C and retail presence.
  3. Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
  4. Comfortable working cross-functionally across geographies and time zones.
  5. Passion for beauty, science, consumer insight, and ethical branding.
  6. Fluent in English.

Preferred Qualifications

  1. MBA from a reputed business school in Pakistan.
  2. Experience with global skincare brands.
  3. Knowledge of formulation ingredients, claims, and regulatory nuances.
  4. Background in launching products in eCommerce, pharmacy, and lifestyle retail.
  5. Strategic thinker with creative instincts and a bias for action.
