Sabre is seeking a skilled and motivated Facility Maintenance Specialist to join our team in Pakistan. The successful applicant will be involved in the design, planning, construction, and maintenance of company facilities. Responsible for developing budgets and long-range facilities plans based on company growth and future facility needs. Oversees the coordination of space allocation and layout, communication services, and networking requirements. Responsible for facilities security. Monitors budgets and approves contracts and purchases. Estimates labor/materials costs for construction and repairs. Acts as liaison with outside vendors and suppliers.

Role and Responsibilities

What will you achieve?

Responsibilities:

  1. Plans facilities changes for office and production equipment layouts.
  2. Reviews and estimates design costs including design, equipment, installation, labor, materials, preparation, and other related costs.
  3. Develops performance specifications and ensures compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
  4. Manages budgets and approves contracts and purchases. Communicates effectively with vendors, suppliers, and visitors.
  5. Analyzes problems, compiles data, and prepares reports and recommendations.
  6. Coordinates activities between departments (in-house) and outside parties.
  7. Serves as the point of contact for management and office-related concerns raised by the Site Leader.

Must Have Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in management or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of administration/facility management experience.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, record-keeping, and reporting.

  • Organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
